Description

Seolryeonju is a 16% ABV cheongju from Gyeongsangbuk-do, brewed with white rice, glutinous rice, wheat-containing nuruk, and baekryeon (white lotus). The white lotus addition introduces a floral accent rarely found in everyday cheongju - delicate, clean, and ethereal rather than heavy or perfumy. The dual rice base provides a smooth, refined foundation, while nuruk fermentation builds quiet complexity beneath the floral surface. At 750ml, it is an elegant sharing bottle suited to full Korean courses, delicately seasoned fish, and steamed dishes where its aromatic grace can elevate the meal.
