Description
Gyeongsan Daechu Yakju Chu is a 16% ABV yakju (refined rice wine) from Gyeongsangbuk-do, brewed exclusively with domestic glutinous rice, non-glutinous rice, nuruk, and jujube (daechu). The jujube adds a warm, lightly caramelized sweetness and aromatic depth that elevate this yakju beyond typical rice-only formulations.
