Description

Gyeongsan Daechu Yakju Chu is a 16% ABV yakju (refined rice wine) from Gyeongsangbuk-do, brewed exclusively with domestic glutinous rice, non-glutinous rice, nuruk, and jujube (daechu). The jujube adds a warm, lightly caramelized sweetness and aromatic depth that elevate this yakju beyond typical rice-only formulations. Its 2020 iTQi Superior Taste Award and Korean quality certification speak to precise craftsmanship. The moderately rich body pairs naturally with savory Korean courses - from crispy jeon and grilled fish to formal hanjeongsik spreads.
