Sangkwaehan Makgeolli Supeuro 7 is a 7% ABV makgeolli from Gyeonggi-do by Gwacheon Doga, brewed with the same Gyeonggi rice, purified water, nuruk, and yeast as its 12% sibling but at a lighter, more refreshing proof. The name means 'Refreshing Makgeolli Into the Forest 7,' and the lower ABV delivers on that promise - bright, clean, and easy to drink without sacrificing grain depth. At 700ml, it is a versatile, session-friendly table pour for jeon, fried chicken, and light summer banchan where refreshment is the primary goal.
