Sailro Makgeolli is a 10% ABV makgeolli from Sejong, blending domestic glutinous and non-glutinous rice with improved nuruk. The dual-rice formula creates a richer mouthfeel than single-grain versions - chapssal adds creamy sweetness while mepssal provides structural backbone. The higher proof gives this more drive and depth than everyday makgeolli, yet the overall impression remains approachable.
