Ogyeri Ice Wine is a 14% ABV ice wine style from Gyeongsangbuk-do's Ogyeri Winery, made with Yeongcheon grapes. The ice wine production method concentrates grape sugars, yielding an intense fruit nose and plush sweetness in a 375ml dessert-format bottle. Beneath the ripe profile, a gentle acidity prevents the texture from feeling heavy or one-dimensional. Yeongcheon in Gyeongsangbuk-do is one of Korea's notable grape-growing areas, and this wine channels the region's fruit quality into a concentrated dessert expression.
