New Look Rise is a 10% ABV brew from Gyeonggi-do in a generous 750ml format, using Gyeonggi rice, nuruk, guk starter, lactic acid, and allulose. Compared to the lighter entries in the Nyuruk lineup, Rise carries more body and structure, with lactic acid adding a subtle tang that keeps the grain sweetness grounded. The profile is smooth and rounded, built for sharing at the table over grilled meats and savory banchan, with a steady, balanced finish that does not tire the palate across a long meal.
