Manse Boryeongju is a 15% ABV traditional brew from Chungcheongnam-do, produced by Boryeong Traditional Liquor Brewery using a generous blend of 37% domestic glutinous rice and 12% white rice fermented with wheat nuruk. The high glutinous rice ratio creates a distinctly rounded, full body with a steady grain sweetness that avoids sharpness, while the wheat nuruk contributes a quiet savory complexity underneath. At 750ml and 15%, this is a table-centered brew designed to hold its own across a full Korean meal without dominating any single dish.
