Description
Mak Holly Pink is a 10% ABV makgeolli from Seoul, produced by Holly Water Brewery using Gimpo rice, fermentation starter, acidity regulator, and yeast. Gimpo, just west of Seoul, is one of Korea's traditional rice-producing plains, and its grain provides the clean, well-defined base for this urban-crafted makgeolli. The acidity regulator keeps each sip crisp and contemporary, preventing the creamy sweetness from becoming heavy. At 500ml and 10%, it is positioned as a casual, shareable bottle with a modern Seoul sensibility.
