지란지교 약주
Jiranjigyo Yakju is a 17% ABV cheongju (yakju) from Chingudeuluisul Jiranjigyo Brewery in Jeollabuk-do, the same brewery that produces the Jiranjigyo Fig Takju. Built from a blend of glutinous and non-glutinous Korean rice with traditional wheat nuruk, this is one of the higher-ABV offerings in the yakju category. The 17% concentration delivers notable depth and persistence without sacrificing the refined, clean line expected of a quality yakju. Rather than sweetness-heavy weight, the dual-rice composition creates layered grain complexity where each sip reveals successive depths. The 375ml format positions it as a measured, sipping-oriented pour ideally suited to composed multi-course Korean meals where the drink needs to complement, not compete with, successive dishes.
