Hwasim Oak Roasted Sweet Potato is a 58% ABV spirit from Gyeonggi-do, distilled entirely from domestic sweet potato. The extreme proof concentrates the roasted sweet potato character into a dense, assertive frame, yet the texture retains a surprising polish. Each sip opens with clean heat, then reveals deep caramelized root-vegetable nuance in the mid-palate.
