
화심소주 군고구마
Hwasim Soju Gungoguma is a 25% ABV soju from Gyeonggi-do, distilled from roasted sweet potato using whisky yeast at Hwasim Brewery. Roasting the sweet potato before fermentation amplifies its natural caramel sweetness and adds a smoky depth, while whisky yeast introduces complex ester notes absent in conventional Korean distillation. The combination produces a spirit with a distinctly dessert-like warmth at 300ml, pairing compellingly with grilled pork, bossam, and charcoal-fired dishes where smoky sweetness finds its natural home.
