Description

Hae 1614 is a 12% ABV fruit wine from Jeollabuk-do, produced by Deokyu Brewing using domestic Cheongsu green grapes, sugar, potassium metabisulfite, and yeast. The Cheongsu variety is a Korean-bred grape cultivar adapted to local growing conditions, and its character shows through as bright, juicy green grape notes rather than the heavier tannin structure of red grape wines. At 750ml and 12%, this sits in standard table wine territory, offering enough structure for cheese and charcuterie while remaining light enough for desserts and fruit-forward starters.
