Golmok Makgeolli Premium 12 is a 12% ABV makgeolli from Golmok Brewery in Chungcheongnam-do, crafted from domestic rice, guk (brewing mold), yeast, and purified water. At 12%, this is firmly in the premium makgeolli territory - richer, more vinous, and more deliberate than everyday 6-7% cloudy rice wines. The body is dense and creamy with clear sweetness, building toward a warm, lingering finish that rewards slower sipping.
