Edel Sweet Wine is a 13% ABV expression from Chungcheongbuk-do's Edel Farm, also made with 100% maesil. Compared to the medium-sweet sibling, this version pushes the sweetness further while maintaining a polished, neat finish. The texture is smooth and composed, avoiding cloying weight despite the sweeter profile. The same 375ml bottle and ingredient list - maesil, purified water, refined sugar, yeast - keep the focus squarely on plum character at a higher sweetness level.
