Dal 15% is a 15% ABV brew from Gyeonggi-do, produced by Sulrou using Hwaseong city rice and Korean nuruk with purified water. The three-ingredient simplicity allows Hwaseong rice's natural grain depth to take center stage, creating a grounded, grain-forward personality with more presence than lighter table styles.
