Dam Gold is a 12% ABV traditional fermented alcohol from Naeoldam Brewery in Gyeonggi-do. Where its sibling Damjinju offers a lighter, 9% approach, Dam Gold takes a fuller, more deliberate path with a stronger body and warmer finish. The 12% ABV gives it enough weight for slower, contemplative sipping, and the smooth, composed texture reveals depth rather than harshness. Produced with a focus on grain-forward character over fruit or floral notes, it is positioned for drinkers who prefer warmth and structure in their traditional Korean pours. It pairs naturally with savory Korean dishes and grilled meats where a steadier, more concentrated companion is welcome.
