Description
Cheonnyeondamju is a 15% ABV traditional brew from Jeollanam-do, crafted by Jukhyang Doga using organic Korean white rice and domestic honey alongside nuruk and yeast. The honey is the defining element - it provides a warm, floral sweetness that reads as natural and layered rather than candy-like, while the organic rice contributes a clean, grounding body that prevents the honey from becoming cloying. At 500ml, it is a versatile table bottle that settles comfortably into banchan-heavy spreads and grilled meat dinners, adding softness and warmth without stealing focus from the food.
