Description

Cheonbihyang Yakju 15 is a 15% ABV clear rice wine from Joeun Sool in Pyeongtaek, Gyeonggi-do. The brewery makes its own nuruk from wheat grown in Pyeongtaek and combines it with Korean rice in a five-stage oyangju fermentation inspired by historical court brewing. The result carries a restrained fruit aroma, delicate sweetness, and a soft finish rather than the heavier texture of the brewery's takju. Grilled fish and steamed dishes leave enough room for its fine aroma.
