Description
Good Farmer Maximo 25 is a 25% ABV soju from Gyeongsangbuk-do that deepens the sugarcane-and-omija identity established by the 17% expression. The higher alcohol level brings additional weight and a drier finish, concentrating the red-fruit aromatics from omija extract and berry-like synthetic flavorings. Caramel rounds the edges without adding excessive sweetness, and the overall impression is vivid yet composed. This step-up in strength makes Maximo 25 a better match for richly seasoned Korean dishes like galbi and bossam, where it can hold its ground against bold flavors.
