Byeongyeongsatto is a 40% ABV distilled soju from Jeollanam-do that combines a Korean rice spirit base with domestic bokbunja (black raspberry) and mulberry (odi). The fruit additions layer gentle berry and berry-like nuances into an otherwise clean, transparent spirit, creating a distinctive profile where distillation clarity meets fruit-forward interest. Despite the formidable 40% strength, the palate stays controlled and composed — the fruits soften the spirit's edges without diluting its precision.
