The high fruit ratio delivers a bold, aromatic berry perfume that feels more concentrated than typical sweet fruit wines, while the sugar softens the natural tartness of wild grapes into a juicy, approachable finish. Meoru grapes (Vitis coignetiae) are native to Korean mountain forests and carry a deeper, more tannic profile than cultivated table grapes, giving this wine a rustic intensity beneath its sweet exterior.
