The apple dominance in the recipe means the fruit identity comes through without ambiguity — this genuinely tastes of orchard apples rather than generic sweetness. The nose opens with crisp green apple and a honey-drizzle warmth, followed by a faint yeasty note from fermentation. On the palate, the body is light-medium with a clean, flowing texture. The apple sweetness is natural-feeling and moderate, balanced by the citric acid's bright tartness which recalls biting into a fresh apple. The midpalate shows a subtle baked-apple quality, adding depth without heaviness. The finish is clean and refreshing, with a lingering apple-skin dryness. The 500ml format works well for sharing.
