Gimsuhanmu is a 39% ABV sorghum-based spirit from Chungcheongbuk-do, distilled from domestic sorghum with traditional nuruk and yeast. The name — a playful Korean tongue-twister — belies a serious spirit that carries substantial depth without rough edges.
