Poem Rose Wine is a 12% ABV fruit wine from Chungcheongbuk-do, produced by Galgi Mountain Agricultural Cooperative Brewery using grapes with sugar, yeast, sodium metabisulfite, and potassium sorbate. The wine earned the Excellence Award in the fruit wine category at the 2019 Woorisool Awards, validating its quality within Korea's domestic competition circuit. At 750ml, it is a full-sized bottle for sharing. The rosé style balances sweet ripeness with enough fruit acidity to keep the palate engaged across multiple glasses. Red-fruit aromatics - think strawberry and cherry - are prominent, and the finish is smooth with a pairing-friendly structure that works alongside raw fish, cheese, and light appetizer courses.
