Pil 40 is a 40% ABV distilled soju made by Sulawon in Yeoju, Gyeonggi, in a 375ml bottle. Its ingredients are sweet potato distillate and purified water. The producer describes fermenting Yeoju-grown sweet potatoes, filtering out the lees, and distilling in a copper still at atmospheric pressure.
