Black Raspberry Grappa is a 40% ABV spirit from Jeollabuk-do, distilled entirely from domestic bokbunja (black raspberry). The single-ingredient distillate means the spirit's character rises or falls on the quality of the fruit itself, and here it delivers - dark berry aroma without syrupy residue, a dry and clean palate, and a finish where black raspberry appears as fragrance rather than sweetness.
