Pear Doga Simply Apple is a 12% ABV fruit-flavored soju from Chungcheongnam-do, blending Korean apple juice, rice, and honey with natural apple flavoring and citric acid. The low strength and sweet-tart profile position it closer to a flavored rice cocktail than a traditional soju. At 350ml, it is a single-serving or shared-pour format. Apple fragrance is prominent on the nose, followed by a soft honey sweetness and lively citrus-acid balance that prevents cloying.
