Munbaeju Yongsang is a 40% ABV soju from Gyeonggi-do, carrying the classic Munbaeju lineage with its distinctive millet and glutinous sorghum fermentation. The uncommon grain combination produces a spirit with a different depth than rice-based soju — earthy, slightly wild, and confidently structured. Despite its strength, the profile opens clean and rounded before finishing with a refined, dry edge that suits both rich grilled meats and delicate sashimi.
