Keurate Plum Wine is an 8.5% ABV fruit wine from Sudosan Winery in Gyeongsangbuk-do, made with 95.97% domestic plum as its primary ingredient. This exceptionally high fruit ratio means the plum character speaks almost without dilution - bright, juicy acidity on the nose followed by soft, orchard-fresh sweetness on the palate. A small amount of sugar, yeast, and potassium metabisulfite round out the formula, with the antioxidant preserving the fruit's natural vibrancy. The 375ml bottle at a gentle 8.5% ABV makes this a versatile pour for cheese courses, light appetizers, and fruit-forward desserts.
