Description

Inner Peace Flow is a 12% ABV makgeolli from Gyeongsangbuk-do, built on a dual base of glutinous and non-glutinous rice with grape concentrate, then layered with dried lavender, peppermint, and apple mint. The herbal trio creates a cool, aromatic canopy over the creamy rice texture, producing a style that feels simultaneously comforting and modern. The grape concentrate adds a subtle fruity depth beneath the herbs, while 12% ABV gives enough backbone for the flavors to hold structure. It pairs well with crispy jeon and spicy kimchi dishes where the mint-lavender freshness provides welcome contrast.
