Description

Haebangju is an 18.8% ABV herbal spirit from Gyeongsangbuk-do, made from young domestic haebangpung (sea-parsley or peucedanum japonicum) leaves. This coastal herb, common along Korea's shorelines, brings a distinctive green, slightly medicinal character that defines the spirit from first pour. The unconventional ABV of 18.8% suggests a careful calibration to preserve the herb's delicate aromatics without overwhelming them with alcohol heat.
