The grape provides bright, fruity aromatics at the front of the profile, while the distilled spirit core maintains structural clarity and a clean finish. Enzyme-treated stevia manages sweetness without sugar's caloric load, keeping the palate feeling light and agile at a moderate 15%. Yeongdeok, located on the east coast of Gyeongsangbuk-do, is better known for crab than grapes, making this a distinctive crossover product from the region.
