Description

Bling Bling Noeulbyeol is a 15% ABV spirit from Gyeongsangbuk-do, produced by Yeongdeok Brewery using a distillate made entirely from Korean grape pulp. At this moderate proof, it occupies an unusual middle ground — too strong for casual sipping like a fruit wine, yet too restrained for the intensity of a full-strength soju. The grape pulp distillate gives it a vivid aromatic character, with bright fruit perfume that arrives immediately on the nose and persists through the finish. Natural grape flavoring and stevia-based sweetener round the edges, keeping the palate approachable without burying the distilled fruit character beneath artificial notes.
