Dowon Gyeolui is a 40% ABV peach-infused distilled spirit from Gyeongsangbuk-do, produced by Yeongdeok Brewery using a distilled spirit base layered with domestic peach, natural peach flavoring, glucose, stevia, and citric acid. The name references the famous "Oath of the Peach Garden" from Chinese literary tradition, evoking brotherhood and shared loyalty — themes befitting a bold, shareable spirit. Despite the 40% proof, the peach infusion provides an aromatic lift that softens the drinking experience, with citric acid adding brightness and stevia maintaining sweetness without heaviness. The 360ml bottle is compact enough for an evening shared between two or three drinkers.
