Description
Kooksoondang Daebak is a 6% ABV unpasteurized makgeolli made with traditional nuruk and a dedicated makgeolli yeast cultured by the brewery. It undergoes three-stage fermentation followed by cold maturation below 6°C. The 750ml product has carbonation and fruit aromas formed during fermentation.
