Episodeu (Episode) is a 9% ABV flavored rice wine from Gyeonggi-do that builds an unusually fragrant profile by layering apple, honey, yuzu, and rosemary over 100% Pyeongtaek-grown rice. Each ingredient contributes a distinct aromatic dimension - apple for bright fruitiness, honey for warm sweetness, yuzu for citrus lift, and rosemary for herbal depth - creating a wine that genuinely shifts character as it opens in the glass.
