Rice, nuruk, yeast, and a touch of starch syrup create a profile that is smooth and gently sweet without complexity overload. The nose is warm rice with a candied-grain note from the starch syrup. On the palate, the body is medium-light and pillowy, with an even sweetness that never spikes or dips. The finish is short and clean, leaving a faint grain echo. This evenness makes it a safe, reliable pour for everyday meals.
