Beotirang Bamboo is a 15% ABV makgeolli from Daejeon that features Korean dwarf bamboo (joritdae) as its defining botanical ingredient. This addition gives the makgeolli a green, herbaceous nuance rarely found in sweeter or fruit-driven styles, creating a distinctly vegetal character.
