Andong Jinmaek Soju is a 40% ABV wheat spirit from Gyeongsangbuk-do, distilled exclusively from whole wheat at Maenggae Sul Doga in Andong. Using whole wheat as the sole ingredient produces a distinctively deep, nutty character with more grain complexity than rice-based counterparts. Despite the commanding proof, the distillation extracts a clean, refined finish from the robust wheat base. At 200ml, it is a concentrated bottle designed for bossam, sashimi, or galbi meals where structural intensity and grain depth enhance the dining experience.
