The chrysanthemum adds a refined floral accent that lifts the clean rice-and-nuruk base without becoming perfumy or heavy. At 16%, it holds a polished, composed frame with smooth texture and graceful aromatics, making it an elegant companion for hanjeongsik, steamed seafood, grilled fish, and other dishes where subtlety is paramount.
