Yeonyeon 25 is a 25% ABV soju from Gyeonggi-do, sharing the same 100% eco-friendly Gyeonggi rice distillate philosophy as its sibling Hyeonghyeong 40 but presented in a gentler, more approachable proof. The lower ABV opens up the grain sweetness that higher proof tends to compress, resulting in a clean, smooth spirit with enough structure for food pairing yet easy enough for extended conversation over a long meal. At 300ml, it is a precise bottle for galbi, bossam, and sashimi occasions.
