Hyeonghyeong 25 is a 25% ABV cheongju from Gyeonggi-do, made purely from rice distillate and purified water at On Distillery. The minimalist two-ingredient design strips away all distraction, leaving a spirit defined entirely by the quality of its rice distillation. The result is a clear, smooth arc from nose to finish — clean grain tones on entry, a sleek mid-palate that avoids heat, and a precise, dry ending. At 300ml, it serves well alongside grilled fish, steamed dishes, and refined Korean courses where structure without heaviness is desired.
