La Pomme de Cezanne is a 10% ABV makgeolli from Gangwon-do, brewed by Durumi Brewery with glutinous rice, Cheorwon Odae rice, domestic apples, improved nuruk, and yeast. The apple co-fermentation brings a tart, fruity dimension that lifts the creamy chapssal base, while the iron-rich Cheorwon terroir contributes clean mineral backbone. Named after Cezanne's apple paintings, the bottle delivers art-influenced craft — a textured, layered makgeolli where grain creaminess and apple acidity trade places across each sip. Suits jeon, salads, and light Korean courses.
