Iljichun 10

Description

Iljichun 10 is a 10% ABV traditional drink from Gangwon-do, brewed by Nogeum Brewing with Cheorwon Odae rice, glutinous rice, and nuruk. The combination of Cheorwon's prized Odae variety and glutinous rice creates a fuller grain character than typical light traditional drinks, with a grounded nuttiness that gives each sip substance. Nuruk fermentation rounds the body into a balanced, smooth texture that remains approachable at its moderate proof. It fits comfortably on a traditional Korean table alongside varied banchan and grilled meat.
