The name playfully riffs on 'makgeolli' with urban energy, and the drink delivers on that promise with a modern, session-friendly profile. The wheat component in the starter adds a subtle cereal snap that prevents the palate from reading as one-note sweet, while the low proof and creamy body keep it approachable for extended drinking alongside Korean comfort food.
