
불소곡주
Bulsogokju is a 43% ABV spirit from Chungcheongnam-do, distilled from a blend of glutinous and non-glutinous Korean rice. Despite its considerable strength, the palate is remarkably smooth, with grain-derived sweetness giving way to a warm, lingering finish that never turns harsh. The recipe is overseen by Food Master No. 19, Woo Hee-yeol, whose precision earned the brewery a 2014 Visit Korean Brewery designation. International recognition at IWSC (bronze) and Monde Selection (gold) confirms that Bulsogokju holds its own against global distillates.
