Description

Bom Bom is a 7% ABV makgeolli from Gyeonggi-do, incorporating strawberry, apple, cherry, omija, apple mint, and spearmint alongside rice and nuruk. The multi-fruit and herb layering creates an unusually complex aroma for a makgeolli, opening like fresh fruit before settling into a creamy rice body. Omija and mint add a vivid herbal lift that prevents the sweetness from becoming one-dimensional. Served cold, it makes a refreshing contrast to rich, crispy Korean street-food pairings.
