Boksoondoga Super Dry is a 6.5% ABV rice-based brew from Ulsan, made with domestic rice and wheat starter (gokja). Where most Korean rice drinks lean sweet, this one deliberately pushes toward a drier, tighter finish that cleans the palate rather than coating it.
