Yangjibaekju is a cheongju (clear rice wine) from Gangwon-do. It is full-bodied at 15.0% ABV, available in 500ml bottles. Expect clean and smooth flavors. Pairs well with Korean full course (hanjeongsik), grilled fish, steamed dishes.
