Korean Makgeolli

Tak 112 Classic

탁112클래식

Tak 112 Classic is a 12% ABV makgeolli from Gyeonggi-do's Takbeuru Brewery, brewed with glutinous rice, nuruk, and yeast. The higher alcohol level gives it a more structured, full-bodied character compared to standard 6% makgeollis, with the glutinous rice contributing a notably thick, creamy mouthfeel. The nuruk-driven fermentation builds a round sweetness that fills the palate without becoming heavy, and the finish carries just enough grain depth to hold its own against strongly flavored foods. The 750ml bottle is generously sized for table sharing.

Korean Cheongju

Tak 100 Natural

탁 100내추럴

Made with pesticide-free 우렁이 rice, this cheongju presents a cleaner interpretation of Korean rice wine. The 7.5% profile feels light and smooth, while enzyme-treated stevia adds subtle sweetness without masking the grain. It pairs beautifully with hanjeongsik, steamed dishes, and grilled fish when you want clarity over weight.
